In our GymFun and GymSkills classes we focus on the fundamental movement patterns that will help kids to then progress into more advanced skills or activities. The games and activities in these classes are safe and encourage kids to work with others, cooperate and build self-esteem. These classes are ideal as a starting point where children can then decide a pathway to future sports and an active healthy lifestyle, whether it may be gymnastics or any other sport!
